The local operator reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to adjust, rearrange, or substitute the sequence of the itinerary, attractions, or services without prior notice where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements or circumstances.

 

Flight schedules are subject to change, delay, or cancellation by the airline at any time. The local operator shall not be held liable for such changes. Any additional costs or losses incurred as a result shall be borne solely by the traveler.

 

In the event of force majeure or events beyond the reasonable control of the local operator, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, strikes, or attraction closures, the local operator reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, shorten, or cancel any part of the itinerary without liability. No refunds or compensation shall be provided for any unused portion of the services.

 

All services provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, transportation providers, attractions, and restaurants, are subject to the terms and conditions and safety standards of those suppliers. The local operator acts solely as an intermediary and shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from such services. The local operator will, where reasonably practicable, provide assistance in coordination; however, no liability shall be assumed.

 

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining adequate personal travel insurance covering, without limitation, personal injury, medical expenses, loss or damage of property, trip cancellation, and travel delays. The local operator shall not be liable for any losses that would otherwise be covered by such insurance.
